High-Pressure V-Spring Rod or Piston Seal 

High-pressure rod or piston seal with contoured back-up ring sealing pressure up to 10,000psi*(690bar) and beyond . When the seal is pressurized, the contoured back-up ring will close the radial seal extrusion gap, allowing the seal to operate under high pressure without extruding. This seal is suited to applications where extrusion can take place at both OD and ID.
