American High Performance Seals doesn’t just support our seals – we also support our customers in their use of our seals in their equipment. Whether it is a seal issue or an equipment issue in the sealing area, when trouble occurs, one of our engineers will help you find the root cause.

On occasion, American High Performance Seals may decide this can only be achieved by in-field support.  In this case, a highly experienced seal engineer will make a visit to your location to help diagnose the issue.

 

An in-field visit typically consists of a 5-step performance check:

  1. Interview
  2. Inspection
  3. Function testing
  4. Problem identification
  5. Problem correction
