    Superior medium-pressure single-lip oil seal

Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal with integrated seal lip support.

A flexible lip design offers better shaft-following ability and reduced lip load over standard seal designs.  The dynamic seal lip is made of a premium low-friction Duralast™ material to reduce friction, heat build-up, and wear.  The integrated seal lip support allows the seal to handle higher operating pressure.  The low friction Duralast™ materials allow a high surface speed.  The rubber-covered OD of the seal creates a tight seal with the housing bore.  This seal is able to accommodate press-in fitment in housings with short axial length.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our ASHP2 style with additional…

    Superior medium-pressure double-lip oil seal

Medium-pressure double-lip oil seal with integrated seal lip support.

Flexible lip design offers better shaft-following ability and reduced lip load over standard seal designs.  The premium low-friction Duralast™ material dynamic seal lip reduces friction, heat build-up, and wear. The secondary lip serves as both an effective protection against airside contaminants and as a lube retainer. Maximum service life can be achieved by applying a suitable lubricant between the two sealing lips.  The integrated seal lip support allows the seal to handle higher operating pressure. The low friction Duralast™ materials allow a high surface speed. The rubber-covered OD of the seal creates a tight seal with the…

Metal-cased single fluoropolymer lip rotary shaft seal

This high-performance seal design incorporates a formed seal lip, mechanically locked into a metal body.  This design creates very low parasitic friction under load and adds much lower heat generation than most seal designs.  This allows the seal to be used successful at higher peripheral speeds, where heat generation is the primary mode of failure for most seals.  The seal is resistant to a very wide range of chemicals allowing it to be used where elastomeric seals cannot be.  Selection of the correct lip and body material will allow use in food and pharmaceutical applications requiring FDA compliance.

    Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal

Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal for press-in fitment in an open groove, retaining device required to hold seal in place under pressure

The thermoplastic reinforced design ensures concentric fitment and increased corrosion resistance over traditional seals.  A tight tolerance lip support ring ensures a flexible seal lip and enables this seal to operate at higher continuous operating pressure.  Optimized seal lip design uses a garter spring to maintain a constant radial lip load, thus ensuring optimum sealability. This seal is also available in small quantities for repairs and seal replacements within 1 to 3 days.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our R2HP style with additional dust lip should…

    Single-lip PTFE rotary shaft seal

This high-performance seal design incorporates a formed seal lip for low lip load and low friction and is capable of handling aggressive media, dry run, high surface speeds and low to medium pressures.  The soft OD eliminates damage to housings, and the integrated O-ring on the OD of the seal serves as an anti-rotation device and maximizes static sealing between the seal and the bore.  This seal is available in smaller quantities without tooling requirements. It is typically used to provide a low leak, low friction solution for gearboxes and environmental seals.  Small quantities are available in 2-4 days.
