    High-pressure, low-speed external rotary/swivel seal

Small footprint external seal designed for rotary couplings/distributors.

The one-piece elastomer design makes it easier to fit in multi-port units than traditional PTFE-based seals. This seal is made of a high-performance wear-resistant elastomer designed to separate two different media.  This seal handles up to 5,000*psi.  Small quantities are available in 1 to 3 days.

    High-Pressure Hydraulic Rod Seal

Designed to eliminate seal extrusion in high-pressure systems with shock load and increased clearance gaps where improved low-pressure sealing is required. Easier fitment for smaller diameter seals. R50 provides excellent sealing performance, longer service life and stability due to additional sealing lips. Used for mining equipment and other demanding hydraulic sealing applications.

    R530 – High runout, heavy-duty single-lip rotary shaft seal

Heavy duty press fit single-lip rotary shaft seal for high runout

This style offers higher shaft runout (up to 0.020” and misalignment up to 0.035”) than traditional oil seals.  This seal design eliminates spring dumping.  The case ensures concentric fitment and increased corrosion resistance over metal-reinforced seals.  This style is available in a wide range of elastomers and small quantities for repairs and seal replacement and can be shipped in 1 to 3 days.

Low-friction, no stick-slip external swivel seal for medium to high pressure

Composite seal for sealing the bore of swivel joints and rotary couplings.

The design is an O-ring energizing a wear-resistant PTFE cap.  The cap has oil grooves on the outer diameter to provide lubrication, while the contoured inside diameter of the cap fits with the O-ring to prevent spinning between the cap and the O-ring.  It is used for pressure up to 5000*psi.  The seal can operate under very high PV for short operating cycles.  Small quantities are available in 1 to 3 days.

    Light duty V-ring

    Light-duty dirt-exclusion seal.

The seal is stretched onto the shaft and rotates with the shaft and seals axially against the bearing side wall, housing, washer or even the heel of the pressure seal. The flexible sealing lip applies a light axial force that reduces as the shaft RPM increases, leading to very low friction and heat. Low contact force allows the seal to accommodate coaxial misalignment or runout. Small quantities are available in 1 to 3 days.
