    Split V-Ring

    Split dirt-exclusion seal.

The seal is stretched onto the shaft and rotates with the shaft and seals axially against the bearing side wall, housing, washer or even the heel of the pressure seal. The flexible sealing lip applies an axial force that reduces as the shaft RPM increases, leading to low friction and heat. Low contact force allows the seal to accommodate coaxial misalignment or runout. The R6VE is secured to the shaft by a clamping device and seals against the bearing face. It can be fitted in situations without disassembly of the equipment. The seal spins with the shaft and uses centrifugal force to create exclusion force. Small quantities are…

    Heavy-duty V-Ring

    Heavy-duty dirt-exclusion seal.

It has a wider and tapered body that provides greater clamping force for the v-ring, allowing use in heavily contaminated environments. Small quantities are available in 1 to 3 days.

Small axial height bearing grease seal

A non-metal seal designed to control leakage in grease-packed bearings.

The springless lip imparts low friction and heat generation. The elastomer outer diameter creates excellent static sealing and compensates for thermal cycling.  The small footprint of this seal allows it to be fitted in closed grooves.  This style is available in a wide range of elastomers and small quantities for repairs and seal replacement and can be shipped in 1 to 3 days.

Bearing grease seal for open housings

A non-metal seal designed to control leakage in grease-packed bearings.

The springless lip imparts low friction and heat generation. The thermoplastic outer diameter creates excellent static sealing and compensates for thermal cycling.  The stiffness of the thermoplastic outer diameter of this seal allows it to be fitted in open housings.  This style is available in a wide range of elastomers and small quantities for repairs and seal replacement and can be shipped in 1 to 3 days.

    Spring-loaded, single-lip oil seal

Single-lip oil seal with a solid rubber construction.  Designed to allow fitment in challenging locations.

The optimized seal lip design uses a garter spring to maintain a constant radial lip load, thus ensuring optimum sealability. The solid rubber design allows the seal to snap into a closed groove; alternatively, a retainer ring can be used to hold the seal in place for open groove installation.  Fitment in many challenging seal locations is possible with this design. This style is available in a wide range of elastomers and small quantities for repairs and seal replacement and can be shipped in 1 to 3 days.  For dirty, dusty or polluted…

    Single-lip medium-duty oil seal

Single-lip medium-duty oil seal for fitment in an open groove.

Medium-duty oil seal for use in an open housing, even where exceptionally large cross sections are required.  Available in many case and lip materials, this seal can handle aggressive conditions and even pressurized chemicals.  This non-metal reinforcement design ensures concentric fitment and increased corrosion resistance over traditional seals.  This seal is available in small quantities for repairs and seal replacements within 1 to 3 days.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our R10HDS style with additional dust lip should be used.

    Split, single-lip oil seal

Split single-lip oil seal with a solid rubber construction.

The optimized seal lip design uses a garter spring to maintain a constant radial lip load, thus ensuring optimum sealability.  Seal is split for easy on-site installation with a minimum of equipment dismantling.  Normally, R9 is used for original equipment build and R9S for onsite replacement.

This style is available in a wide range of elastomers and small quantities for repairs and seal replacement and can be shipped in 1 to 3 days.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our R9S style with additional dust lip should be used.

    Heavy-duty single-lip oil seal

Heavy-duty single-lip rotary shaft seal design for use in harsh and severe environments and shock loads.

Designed to handle harsh or arduous conditions where most seals have a short life.  This style has higher shaft run-out and misalignment than traditional oil seals.  Available in many metal and lip materials, this seal can handle high speed runout or pressurized chemicals.  It utilizes press-in fitment for open seal housing.  This seal design eliminates spring dumping, and provides protection for the sealing lip during installation.  It can be retrofitted to replace standard seals.
