Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal with integrated seal lip support and proprietary blends of PTFE bonded onto the dynamic sealing lip.

The combination of integrated lip support, reduced lip load, premium Duralast™ material, and low friction PTFE lip leads to reduced friction, lower heat build up and wear; this in turn results in increased seal life under higher pressures and speeds. This allows the seal to handle higher operating pressure. Metal-cased high-pressure fluoropolymer rotary shaft seal

This seal design incorporates an anti-extrusion and support ring for the seal lip making it capable of handling high pressures. This design creates very low parasitic friction under load and adds much lower heat generation than most seal designs. It is typically used to provide a low leak solution for hydrostatic transmissions and high-pressure rotary equipment. It is capable of sealing pressure at higher speeds, both lubricated and unlubricated.

High-pressure single-lip PTFE rotary shaft seal

This seal design incorporates an anti-extrusion and support ring geometrically matched to the primary seal lip. This seal is capable of handling higher pressures, extreme temperatures, aggressive media, high surface speeds, and can even run dry. Fits in the same hardware pocket as SB40 Style. An integrated O-ring on the OD of the seal serves as an anti-rotation device and maximizes static sealing between the seal and the bore. Small quantities are available in 2-4 days.

Double-lip PTFE rotary shaft seal

The redundant seal lips enable this seal to handle higher pressure and create additional sealing capabilities, especially under flooded conditions. The soft OD eliminates damage to housings manufactured from expensive metals, and the integrated O-ring on the OD of the seal serves as an anti-rotation device and maximizes static sealing between the seal and the bore. Typically used for hydraulic motors, pumps, and transmissions. Small quantities are available in 2-4 days.
