    Premium medium-pressure single-lip oil seal

Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal with integrated steel reinforcement element

The dynamic seal lip is made of a premium low-friction Duralast™ material to reduce friction, heat build-up, and wear. The rubber-covered OD of the seal creates a tight seal with the housing bore.  A retaining device is recommended to hold the seal in place under pressures above 7*psi.  This seal is able to accommodate press-in fitment in housings with short axial length.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our ASHP style with additional dust lip should be used.

Supreme medium-pressure single-lip rotary shaft seal

Medium-pressure single-lip oil seal with integrated seal lip support and proprietary blends of PTFE bonded onto the dynamic sealing lip.

The combination of integrated lip support, reduced lip load, premium Duralast™ material, and low friction PTFE lip leads to reduced friction, lower heat build up and wear; this in turn results in increased seal life under higher pressures and speeds.  This allows the seal to handle higher operating pressure.  The rubber-covered OD of the seal creates a tight seal with the housing bore, and the press-in fitment design accommodates housings with short axial space requirements.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, our ASHP5 style with additional…

    Single lip grease seal

Premium general purpose springless grease seal with integrated metal reinforcement element for press-in fitment in an open housing.  Designed to control leakage in grease-packed bearings.

The springless lip imparts low friction and heat generation. The rubber-covered outer diameter creates excellent static sealing without excessive damage to soft alloys. This is an excellent low friction seal for non-pressurized media such as grease or highly viscous fluids.

    Single-lip high-performance rotary shaft seal

Premium spring-loaded single-lip rotary shaft seal with PTFE bonded to the sealing lip.

Optimized seal lip design uses a garter spring to maintain a constant radial lip load, ensuring optimum sealability. The low friction sealing contact area creates lower torque and reduces both seal and shaft wear.  The rubber covered OD press fits to create a positive seal with the housing bore and, provides optimal compensation for housings of different thermal expansion, reducing the risk of fretting corrosion in soft alloy or plastic housings.  A higher surface roughness of the housing bore is possible with this seal style.  For dirty, dusty or polluted environments, use ASRB style…

    Spring-loaded double-lip oil seal

Premium spring-loaded double-lip oil seal with integrated steel reinforcement element. Used for oil or grease retention.

The optimized seal lip design uses a garter spring to maintain a constant radial lip load, thus ensuring optimum sealability. The rubber covered OD press fits to create a positive seal with the housing bore. The rubber OD also provides optimal compensation for housings of different thermal expansion, reducing possibility of fretting corrosion in soft alloy or plastic housings, and accommodating higher surface roughness of the housing bore. The secondary lip serves both as an effective protection against light airside contaminants and as a lube retainer. Maximum service life can be achieved by…
